How to disconnect bank angle sensor without error on combination meter ?

If I disconnect BAS , I have error on combination meter .

I need to disable BAS for preparing a motorcycle for stunt.

What kind of sensor is it. Variable resistance or switch type?

Measure the resistance and get a resistor to put in its place
