in n.ireland a years road tax for the grom is £17
third party fire and theft insurance cost me £55 ( with 9yrs no claims discount )
pretty cheap i think
although it does cost £2000 to fill her with a gallon of gas

my insurance was $77 for the year, and I think the registration was $35. So, that's $112 for the year. The road tax in the US (the tax that actually pays for roads) is attached to fuel purchases

I pay $35 a month. First motorcycle plus I financed so I have to have full coverage. Once its payed off in a year, $9 a month .

Fully comprehensive insurance is £280 for me. Had to start a new policy, so don't have any NCD. Again, road tax is £17.
Hopefully my 2nd year will be cheaper. My cost of insurance may be higher due to me not having a full motorcycle license... :/

I pay about 180€ here in France.
Bloody expensive considering I only pay £68 for Uk reg Transalp!
Does help there is no road tax here, or MOT's for bikes.

Me too, but that covers the Grom, ruckus, and the wife's met.

I added my grom to my insurance and my monthly went down by $5.00 a month Full coverage too

I've just talked about adding a MSX125 to my Z750R Insurance..... £70 Fully comp including a £40 admin charge..... But told me renewal would be about £150 total, so difference from 2013 insurance would be £33 only. ..... and what ever the Road Fund Licence is.... (Government con)
