What does he have to do to assemble it?

pull out of crate by a few bolts.. mount the mirrors.. done.. there is a video that shows it on youtube

It comes in the back of an 18 wheeler in a metal framework cage with a 5 sided cardboard cover. Like this:

Then they take it out, pop the mirrors on and add battery and fluids. Test drive and go.
