Hey everyone so I'm new to the forum so nice to virtually meet everyone!
So here's my idea, I own a 93 Toyota supra which I've been building over the years. I want to do something different other than a huge wing so I decided i'm going to weld/bolt a removable hitch receiver on the frame so I can throw on a motorcycle rack throw it on the back of the supra and take it out to the canyons. ( I cannot ride to the canyons as I live by the beach) Now what's your opinion should I go forth with it or is it a stupid idea!

since the grom is fairly light, i've considered doings this. while single motorcycle racks exist, they are designed for 2" hitches. most hitches for cars are 1.25" while 2" is for trucks/suv's. however, if you're going all custom, anything is possible.

assuming you go with a pre-built car hitch, this is a variant of 1.25" carrier that i've found.

I'm going with a pre-built make life a lot simpler.. That's the perfect rack though not to pricey and weighs nothing. Thanks for the help!
