So I've started wearing a helmet sock under my helmet. Looks like this. I got it for free from a local go kart track.

Anybody else a fan of these? I was starting to get itches and tickles, even after washing my helmet. I think this helps cause it blocks air flow that I think was going in my ears. Another side benefit is it helps to reduce fogging up from my breath during winter. And it's really cozy.

Also makes you look like a NINJA.

Couple of our guys will wear one if they venture out and it's gonna be cool / cold. Does help knock off the chill for sure.
Official industry name for it is "balaclava"

Totally badass. GROM is not only a fun minibike, but the name of the famous Polish Special Operations Forces. They are quite fond of balaclavas.

i have one for skiing, but I only wear that in sub-freezing weather ... weather in which I will not be riding my motorcycle

Good suggestion. I will try a skull cap when it's warm. I have hair management issues, hence my user name. LOL
