It's an MXSport Thai seat. Although I haven't riden it much, I would have to say that it is way better than stock, perhaps an 8 on your scale.

I unpackaged the seat, installed the (4) Honda OEM rubber cushions, put it on the bike to photograph, and sat on it to see how it felt. It cost $120 plus freight from Thailand. The Corbin is $300..........I certainly don't think that $100 is too expensive for a new seat!

I think it's a damn good deal especially if it is already installed. If I didn't just do mine I would buy it. Re-wrapping a seat isn't too fun.

I've decided the biggest problem with the Grom seat is that it angles forward and not so much the hardness. I have other bikes with hard seats that are fine. There are two areas that are semi-comfortable....one is where a passenger would sit because it is fairly flat and the second area is just behind the gas tank which is really where the saddle is. The seat is poorly designed.

I bought it guys about 3 weeks ago. It did not go well with my setup. The carbon was shiny the red stitching did not match my matte red/black vinyl wrap so i sold it on ebay today for same price.
