IMO the seats just need to be reworked. Keep stock shape. Different internal material.

I'm having mine custom done at a local shop, should be done by the end of the week. Hopefully it'll solve the 'getting a brick wedgie' feeling we all experience after 45 minutes of riding.

Exactly what Sargent will be doing for me. Was quoted around $200.

I would prefer a toned down version as well but at least you can't see the terrible parts while you are actually sitting on it

bought the plain black with white stitching from webike and received in a week! (unbelievable)....it was a crapshoot, but has oem honda seat frame and much better than original............corbin does not have one yet, and sargent charged 289.00 to rebuild one, both are not cheap!.........happy with webike seat.........!

I looked around and these look pretty good, just wondering on the comfort. I'm 210-215 lbs and wondering if the seat is comfy for long rides. Other question is was there any added hardware that you had to remove from the stock seat to the new custom seat? Thanks for any info.

The seat was leveled out so the sliding forward effect is gone. The foam is now plyable and comfortable unlike the stock foam. Rider weight for standard density is 160 - 250 lbs. Softer or firmer foam available on request for no extra fee.

Seat looks awesome.... So....... to install we will have to shave all the stock foam to the bare base pan.. Then glue the supplied foam to the stock pan and apply the cover. thank you.

It is designed as DIY kit. Once you remove the staples the cover comes right off and the foam peels of the pan. No shaving..haha. The new foam glues on and then staple on the fitted cover. We also offer installation for 20.00 if you mail us your pan.
