looks great.. Honda should of done it that way in the beginning.. im ordered the complete blue set now im just waiting on the shipment.. i cant wait to do this
Yep this Grom will be Blue once the plastic comes in and it should be any day now since I checked the shipment from Tyga and my box of Blue plastic is stuck with HLS in NYC government inspection ware house. I assume they are making sure that any boxes coming from overseas especially from Asia does not have drugs, guns or any illegal parts.
My first box of parts that came in from Tyga via UPS shipment, the box was opened up and re-taped since I noticed that both Gold rims packaging had been opened up and re-taped and also one of my RED plastic parts had a little scratch on it. So I assume one of the monkey government inspectors or MLS inspectors did that to my shipped RED plastic products. I figured I'd ordered the rear RED plastic OEM parts just to see how the Grom would look like plus once I have the Gold rims on the Grom and the spare F/R brake calipers striped of black paint and repainted with Gold paint it will look more like the 2015 Groms that are now being sold in UK and Asia.
I will add just a little of my own touch in paint such as painting the rear muffler plastic shield silver, painting the gas tank plastic cover silver or matching BLUE and maybe painting the front head light plastic housing silver or contrasting colors to match the color of the standard Grom colors that I use.
