I recently got my grom just to stunt, now ive been searching all over for parts to help make better wheelies. one thing that helps is a secondary idle cable that you can set at a higher rpm so your not constantly on the throttle, anyway. All you will need for this mod is a f4i idle cable, cutting wheel and some sockets etc.. You will need to take the right side plastic off to gain access to the throttle body. Next you will need to take out the two screw that are in the throttle body (one holds the TB in place the other holds the bracket for the air box). Take out the idle screw that holds the butterfly open. You can tell which one it is because it has a nut that stops it from going in any further. Next trim down the idle cable about a quarter of the way so it will make a better fit when u place it back where u took the screw out. Also you will need to cut the rubber insulation about and inch or so so it will be able to spin freely without binding up. Make sure you test it out before you start putting it back together. Now put it together and thats it!! If you have any questions you can email me at russoracing @yahoo.com i will try to take pictures tomorrow when i do my friends.

I did that, an didnt like how it was pressed against that one throttle body bolt. I'm gonna try a ruckus idle knob next.

Oh an I didn't cut the insulation tho. Maybe I can try that too.
