This build began as a very clean 1990 Honda NS50F, which is a rare single-cylinder 49cc two-stroke motorcycle. A crankshaft coupler was designed to convert this motorcycle to a twin-cylinder engine displacing 144cc. Naturally, many hours on a lathe and milling machine were required as well. No expense was spared purchasing engine parts like the 72cc Autoboy big bore kits that include specially designed cylinder heads. The twin exhaust system is by Librapro. Check Webike Japan for more information and prices on these parts and the Kitaco parts listed below. This is a seriously fast NS50F; it made 17.89 horsepower and 13.07 foot-pounds of torque at the rear tire when measured on a dyno at Barber Vintage Festival. A stock NS50F produces 7 horsepower, so the numbers speak for themselves. It has a clean Alabama title. $3,200. Call me at 210-313-6597. Serious inquiries only.
