Hi my fellow gromers,

I want to install a rear rack plus a large Givi box on it.

Would the following set-up work?

T-Rex rack (T-Rex Racing 2021 - 2022 Honda Grom Luggage Rack w/ optional center case)

Then install the Givi E 251 universal Monkey Top case adapter plate (Givi E251 Universal Monokey Top Case Adapter Plate - RevZilla)

Then mount this huge givi trekker 58 L box (CASES FOR MOTORCYCLES AND SCOOTERS TREKKER OUTBACK 58)

Do any of you guys have any experience with this?

Quick update. I watched a video of how the monokey adapter plate mounts on the rack and It wouldn't have been able to be attached because of the lack of whole on the plate. So I bought the following rack on Ebay form Thailand as it looks really sturdy :

Do you guys have exprerience with this rear rack ?

I already ordered the rack and YSS rear suspension. As soon as this is set up I’m going to order the box and front ohlins for the forks to allow me to carry my partner and stuff in the box.

Rack is installed. Just ordered the GIVI topbox 58L.

How solid is it? I've been waiting almost a year for someone else to try that rack out before I pull the trigger

It seems pretty sturdy.

A comparable one on Amazon says it can support up to 8kg:Amazon.co.jp and I believe the one I got is better designed as the support extends to the middle of the rack.

Same rack, I believe, with the GIVI B37NT top case. Had this about 3 months now and seems pretty solid.

Final update on the GIVI box install + fender eliminator :

I can fit 2 helmets in the box, which is practical.

Next step: front and back suspensions and yoshimura exhaust.

I must say that i had to buy the E251 Monokey adapter plate separately as it did not come with the top box.
