all the reading i am doing on this topic is making me very confused... i want to buy the pcv and i have access to a dyno will this work or am i gonna have issues with the o2 and ecu trying to fight it?? i bought my grom while there was snow on the ground so i instantly started modding i put on the m4 exhaust and removed the airbox so i know the machine is gonna run lean. what is my best choice for having my bike run correct and not having issues...is there only issues when trying to use a autotune feature? any help will be greatly appreciated!! thanks in advance!!

All I can say is good luck....:) ... PCV or bazzaz will tune 60-100% throttle the true fix for the grom is a standalone ecu or a cracked stock ecu.. Grom does not have a map sensor like most bikes, it uses the stock 02 sensor more than any bike to verify the tune and fuel trims,

Standalone ecu with map sensor and no o2 feedback would be ultimate win..

An intake and exhaust will not require a fuel controller, at all.. There have been plenty of people running that with no adverse affects

until you go big bore or maybe ported head with a cam, there's no reason to have a fuel controller other than to raise the limiter, as for tuning with a pcv or bazazz you need to ground the o2 and tune on a dyno with either a sniffer or by adding an bung onto the pipe, you do not NEED the auto tune but if you aren't tricking the ECU by grounding the o2 the ECU will fight the tuner

This is spot on

There is no true solution still @ this point.
people are making improvements on fuel maps BUT it's not 100% tuned

so what im gathering is until someone cracks the stock ecu all i have to do is ground the o2 sensor and with doing this i can dyno my bike with a pcv on it? will this give me any service engine codes? i hate asking so many questions but i dont want to spend the money on something and not have it work.

The bike is still somewhat new dude. People are still trying to figure these things out

and if you hate asking so many questions then just read more. Then you'll know where people are at with the issues stated

Just got back from riding after ejk tuner install. It worked great and was easy to install.i havnt changed any settings yet but it has alot better acceleration higher top speed and even idles alot better.for 225 it is well worth it. Plug looks great after 20 miles no more lean. When it warms up ill mess with settings more.

Why you guys need to cut off the O2 sensor. it is a narrow band and when the throttle opens more than 70% it is in open loop, it injects full capacity of itself. Just change the injector to cheat the ecm when it is rich detonation the ecm read the voltage from O2 to control the injector to inject less fuel. but the injector is already change to bigger one it still injects more fuel even it is less but still more fuel injects than the stock one.
