Well think yourself lucky - your USA prices are around a third of the UK prices for OEM parts

I priced the heat shield on the exaust in UK rough number was $60 - Thai $7 (rough numbers)

Airbox and pipe - USA $25 UK $80

So realise how well of you are in USA!!
Install the Yuminashi controller and the other one which looks the same on the same bike, make sure that all settings are the same, look to the result at your AFR ratio and how well your engine pick's up, or how equal both are, and then write a report over here.
We wish all people good luck who don't want to use the Yuminashi controller in combination with the 31mm throttle body, we hope you'r a big fan of black smoke in the low RPM zone and lean in the high load zone then ;-)

So Mr Yuminashi - I take it your controller is not the same at the Apitech ones? Have you tried the Apitech ones?

It would be nice if you could actually provide more information on your products - because there is little information out there.

I still do not see information on the CAM or this Fuel Controller anywhere.

It would be nice to have some info, before and after Dyno graphs of your products and different set ups. - It would seem you have done much of this - so why not share the information - so that everyone gets a warm feeling about your products?

I have the 150 Light Bore Kit, Light Bore Injector and Valve Springs fitted (still waiting on the CAM) - and have just recieved the Apitec controller (not yet fitted) - because I could not get the one your showing - and was planning to take it for a Dyno session to tune it in.

The kit as is - with the above set up - and the K&N R1100 and Yoshimura exhaust runs really well - just concerned as others have said it may be running weak at the top end - so I purchased the fuel controller to allow some adjustment as there is no data out there for your parts.

Many Thanks

Well, we have introduced the controller about 3 months ago at least, they are in the 150 Essential Sets which are on stock in the UK at OORacing (see picture), and the separate units are on stock in Japan and in Thailand at Madmax Japan and Madmax Bangkok.
Now RZ Racing have also made an order for the controllers and we will ship them out next week to him.

If a certain part isn't on stock at one dealer, then try an other dealer.
Please notice that we don't force our dealers to buy a new product once we release it.

RZ Racing have also ordered the 150 Essential Sets and the 31mm PGM-FI throttle body set now with light bore manifold set to install on the standard heads, so these will also be on stock at RZ Racing next week.

If you want to install this 31mm throttle body, then you can't use the Apitec controller because your engine will be to rich in the low RPM range (black smoke), and very lean in the high RPM range.

This is a picture from the 31mm plug&play throttle body for MSX125 / GROM125:
The set comes complete with wire loom to connect the TP sensor and the IAT sensor to your wire harness...

How about for those of us who already bought your Light Bore Kit, Light Bore Injector, CAM and Springs - do we need to use the Yuminashi Fuel Controller?

Is there an issue if we use the Api tech Controller? - Or don't we need a controller?

Do we now need to purchase the 31mm TB and the Yuminashi Controller - or is the original set up sold still good / safe to use without causing issues?

How much extra can be gained changing from the Original Light Bore Set up with Light Bore Injector and Standard throttle body to the New set up - in Your Essentials Kit or with the 31mm TB and the Controller?

Does the 31mm Kit and Harness shown above work with the European MSX125 that has the extra Air Idle Valve?

Do you have any numbers / Dyno Graphs etc of all the different set ups??

I looked up the Mad Max site - they sell your Light Bore - but not your Controllers (on internet) however they do give a lot of cautions and nothing about your controller.

***Rcommend use KITACO i-map & RISM O2 Monitor***
***Have to Setting A/F 13.2:1***
***Will be damaged if the setting failure***
***Not use the exhaust of cheap copy is better***
***It does not install in MADMAX***

The OOracing also has nothing that can be seen on their website either.

RZ also still has nothing.

Perhaps sending a small email can give you a help...
I am sure they will be more as happy to reply you to inform you if they have it on stock or not...

I inform you that they have these items on stock, I'm glad to see that you appreciate the information I provide you...

I already emailed Roman at RZ where I bought the rest from - still waiting an answer.

I am just suprised that neither you nor the distributors list the details on their web sites.

Today - most of us shop by web - especially when its dealing with a foreign supplier - and use the internet to search (in our case in English) for things.

Please post up on your site as much information as you can.

I will give everyone an update when I fit the CAM and Apitech controller (since I already bought it) and take the bike for a dyno session.

THANKS
