So I bought one of those $18 small led turn signals that mount nearly flush on the front. I have a problem with them though. I got a EL12 controller like a lot of people said, plugged it in and everything worked fantastic until I put about 100 miles more on the bike and now it sounds like electrical arcing inside the headlight unit from the turn signal "click" clicking at such a rapid pace it sounds like a continuous sound. The turn signal indicator flickers more so then flashes from the rapid on off switching and thats how the led's are operating as well. Anyone have any ideas of what could be wrong? I have the stock bulbs in the back.

I see that the relay says led rated in the title but doesn't say what is rated at. I have used a very similar relay in the past and they failed alot. We upgraded to a better led flasher relay that can handle less of a load without failing.
Have used our flasher relay is our grom with led's and no problems at all. Sounds like that one is dying.
