:sad: Been having so much from rippin around that I neglected to check when the first oil change is... Yup, missed it by a good 250 miles...

Hopefully I havent trashed the motor too much with metal particles... Anything I can do to make it better? Or just change the oil ASAP.

I've read that some people are doing an early change than switching over to synthetic at 600. Is switching over at 850, although it's the first change a good idea or wait and do another at 1200 or so with synth?

Word on the streets is to change it with petroleum based Honda oil the first several times and switch to synthetic after full broken-in, 3-5k miles.

It's a Honda. 250 miles over is nothing to worry about.

Haha thanks guys. I knew it should, but it makes me feel warm and fuzzy to hear from others! I'll prob go petrol for this change and the next one at 1,500, then switch at 2500
