They are actually a copy of the zb50! they have been around for years. not bad for the money if you can find a used one. Skyteam will sell you one for 999. + 199 shipping. but I have experienced one, and lets just say it wasn't made of quality by any means.. The rear hub and rim cracked!!! from on road, non wheelie use.. I did hit a pot hole but nothing terrible. The welds on that bike are shoddy to say the least.
Back to the discussion I give china a few months till they release a copy haha and it will probably be half the cost of the Grom with about 1/16 of the craftsmanship.
It's a very poor copy of the ZB/Monkey R. When I first saw them on CL a few years ago, I seriously thought people were going to buy them and people will begin to mistake my authentic ZB/Monkey R for a fake. That still hasn't happened, because the sale of these never really took off. I think the clones of the CT70s were way more popular.
good people because I want to change the handlebar and I would like your advice, I know that the two are almost the same but I do not know which of the two you see better, compatible and safe thanks people.
or if you can recommend a similar one that is better
I've Just ordered myself a Takegawa clutch cover, Takegawa Oil pump (from straight up pumps), and a Big oil cooler (didn't come with oil lines or fittings)
I'm planning on making my own lines but I don't know what size is appropriate?
Also If anyone knows what size banjo bolts come...
Has anyone looked into the anf125 as a cheaper option for a higher torque starter motor. Recently installed a 186cc bbk and the oem starter seems to not have enough to kick it over from time to time. 40 bucks sounds alot better then 130 for a starter.
I looking at upgrading the front forks and wondering how the feel is on the two. I have had racetech springs and dampeners rod on my last grom. They were good but hated the click I would get on compression. Does the ohlins click also?
