Is this with the insert? I assume this was a custom exhaust system for the Grom?
Yeah. That video really is not a good example of the sound from this pipe. In that video it has the stock insert which (IMO) is not only too quiet, but it was really restrictive. MOST off the sound in that video is actually coming from the K&N intake. That is why it sounds like shit in the video.

I modified the insert to sound and flow much better so that almost no sound comes from the intake, which is how yallknowme saw/heard it running. If you remove the insert completely it sounds badd-ass but too loud for my taste. I will say that my highest top speed I have ever achieved on my Grom was with this pipe, with insert removed, and a K&N.

Ah i was hoping to have it as quiet as possible since i ride at night often. I havent heard any other grom other than my stock one in person, would you say this is still quiet compared to the yoshi and similar exhaust systems?

Most definitely. If you are running the stock airbox, this will be quiet with a lovely vroom sound. If you want ultimate stealth, you should probably keep the stock muffler.
