I have a Yoshimura Race RS-9T Stainless Full exhaust system installed on my 2022 Grom. While riding it I noticed the exhaust sounded different. I looked down and sure enough the cap (I don’t know what else to call it) was missing. The part circled in red is what fell off. I was hoping someone could tell me the name of the part and if anyone knows if it’s possible to get a replacement? I appreciate anyone’s help.

It's an O2 sensor block off bolt or bung. Yoshimura should know what you are talking about if you call them with that description.

I just lost mine today, and yoshimura had them on stock..ordered and next day shipping. They have a very good customer service if you need more info from them.
