I have added the Two Brothers full exhaust, Power Commander and Cold Air intake to my Grom and now the bike seems to be running very rich (although I have not pulled the spark plug to verify). When I get off the bike I smell like I have been standing behind several bikes all running and smothered in exhaust fumes. I'm not sure what map is on my PC but it was the one provided to match my system at the time of purchase (Hard Racing). Is there a leaner or more updated map that I should I try?

You really don't know for sure without some sort of AFR gauge. However, there are a few other maps on the Power Commander website you might try.

If you had a stock exhaust just before this full exhaust, you might just be experiencing the smell of not having a catalytic converter anymore. Cat vs no cat makes a difference in smell.

I have that exhaust on my bike, but I haven't really been able to ride it yet. However, I had another bike with a TwoBrothers exhaust, and I always smelled like that after. My buddy currently has a DR560 with TwoBrothers exhaust, and he always smells like that too. Maybe it's a TwoBrothers thing?

Maybe, I've never experienced that smell with Yoshi pipes though, only TwoBrothers. I'm talking about other bikes (sport bikes), not the Grom though, so I don't know. My sling comes off soon and I'll be riding my Grom and will know how bad I smell with mine soon enough

Thanks for the replies, I might attempt another map or two. If that doesn't work I think I'll start looking into a low mount exhaust. I have other bikes and have never had a smell like this one; we do race 4 cycle Karts and if you stand behind them they smell about the same. Not a big deal if you are racing but walking into the house or a restaurant smelling like that and people begin to wonder.

It's ugly as crap, but what I did on my F4i with the TwoBrothers high mount exhaust was go down to local auto shop and buy a cheap exhaust tip and then attached it to the end of my exhaust can. I stopped stinking after that. It pushed the exhaust back behind the turbulence and the exhaust wasn't swirling around me when I rode anymore. Didn't look good, but I could go somewhere and now worry about stinking.

Some people like the smell, i for one do. Hell, some people even like the smell and burning sensation in their eyes from methanol. Im not one of those weirdo at least.

Wow. I wonder if the gf would notice the difference if I bought some, hid it in the toolbox and sprayed it on after I rode the Grom.. Never been a huge fan of the 4 stroke raw exhaust smell.

as did i to confirm. i ended up with one by ferrari, and a failed kickstarter. fox's pic looks like a render from 2003. my phone could generate a better fake pic than that.

Ya it was the first image that popped up in Google, along with the Kickstarter. May be fake, I don't care. I won't seek it out, but if I run across it one day and it's not outrageously expensive I'll pick some up just for kicks
