If you are on the fence about doing this it's a must. Changes the entire look of the bike. Here is a side by side Pic of my two monkeys. I've ordered another set up for my Yellow bike.

I think I'm short 2 other bolts here. I'll see if I can find the part numbers.

I'm a bit bummed. I got my kit from HRP yesterday and started the install this afternoon. It didn't take long to find all the issues posted here. I thought I'd stop by and see if anyone else had my problem. I can see everyone else has. I will say that Bar from HRP returned all my emails fast. Seems like a straight up outfit, although I was under the impression that the kit was PnP.

Anyone have a link to the non-US model parts fiche so I can see what hardware is needed?

Thanks.

I did find a fiche for the Euro spec tail light.

Thanks.

For the 90115-KW7-900 I'm only seeing 3 on the fiche, not 5. Same with 93903-34410, I'm seeing 3 on the fiche.

Add 2 #93903-44410 SCREW, TAPPING, 4X16. Anything else we're missing?

The only hardware I received was the 2 93411-05025 bolts for the front blinkers and the flasher relay.
Are you guys using the relay From HRP and an adapter from Steady Garage? The relay I received from HRP is a 2 pin vs. the stock 3 pin.
I got both from Steadygarage but they should work. The adapter comes with the relay. I don’t think they sell separate.
Thank you... Would it it work to just get the Euro relay?

Part- 38301-KZZ-JO1 RELAY COMP., WINKER (LED)
I have one of these laying around....

This should be all I need regarding the relay/harness situation correct? Although I'll have to check, i think mine is the spade terminal version, in which case my options would be to cut and connect wires right (as opposed to plug and play)?

That's the one I used. It will work.
Mine we released from customs in the US yesterday. yay

And despite being assured it had everything I needed it does not. What’s missing is what has been related in previous replies.
Received mine today as well. I am missing the same hardware many listed above, which is needed to assemble the tail light and rear markers together, and bolt down. Sadly, I am also missing 3 of the 4 bolts needed for the markers themselves. I did however get a relay?!?
Anyone have a reliable source for ordering this stuff from a place like partzilla, but in Europe? I just want to order it all through Honda. Thanks!
Pardon the messy garage. It’s still very much winter here. The only thing I can add to the installation lessons learned is to extend the wires on the turn signals about 3-4 inches before you install the light. Also, you’ll need to source two small bolts to attach the rear signals to their bases. You don’t need anything fancy. I bought two small button head hex bolts from a local hardware store. I haven’t installed the fronts yet. So I can’t comment on the relay situation.

I got everything fitted and wired. I’m just waiting in the steady garage relay. The front winkers fitted without issue, just do one side at a time. That way you don’t have to contend with a dangling headlight. Hindsite being 20/20, I’d do this mod again. It really changes the looks of the bike.

Can anyone tell me where the flasher relay is?
Under the tank. Herp derp

You can reach it without completely removing the tank. Just undo bolt on the rear of the tank and unclip a line on the tank and slide up. The relay is mounted on the frame toward the front.
That’s exactly what I did. Just leaned the tank towards the kickstand side and accessed it that way.
I'm just getting back in town. Here is a list of parts I received in my kit from hrp.
93411-05025-00 2x
33411-K0F-T00 2x
33412-K0F-T00 2x
50316-K0F-Too
33400-K0F-T01
33450-K0F-T01
33600-K0F-T01
33650-K0F-T01
33710-K0F-T01
80140-K0F-T00
33730-K0F-T01
And a MOCC can two prong flasher

So what else will I need to order to complete this swap?
