Looking good Dub! I'm also changing my rear sprocket to 36T, seems like I can never get enough torque with the 4V.

I went with BRAKING rotors instead, they were about 1/2 the price of Galfers.

Thank you sirrr!

Thats the biggest problem I have, once I get use to any gains or positive difference's... Leads to wanting more. Using 36t for around town and curves otherwise its the 35t for top speed.

You right on the Galfers not cheap, I got lucky though found these on facebook group $60 for the set with low miles, not warped and no brake pad grooves.

Rubbed them down with a 600 grit sanding block, Like New!

I like the look of the Galfers and Braking brand, they look like less rotor/metal as the EBC waves Im running now.

I agree. I was running EBC Vee rotors and hated the look after a while. Seems like a lot of unnecessary material.

Lol yeah I remember you losing sleep over that one...

Currently using one of DHMs 27mm exhaust gaskets.

I like how GFz design will fill the whole exhaust port making it line up completely center and even, did you install yours yet?

Not yet! Depends on how hungover I am from my birthday, but Sunday is the plan!

BTW - Brembo front caliper is one of my favorite upgrades I've done. Consider it next!

Other shit Catagory... ThrowBack to roughly 15 years ago

Went back to Cali to visit family and at the time these little cheap chinese pocket bikes were all over the place. 49cc pocket bike parts

Couldnt help but buy one and send back to florida, CHEAP is the keyword after only having for a few weeks shit kept breaking and falling off left and right.

The little thing was so much fun I decided to tear it down and rebuild it all over, replacing all the cheap chinese chinsy stuff... PocketBikesUnlimited was my go to

The HULK is my favorite, so much I ALMOST went with a Z125pro just to use the theme... (Very glad I didnt) 2stroke 60cc this thing would eat my grom for breakfast (in its stock form)

Some progress... Digging the new swingarm I like that I can keep my axel sliders, they sit perfectly flush on the supplied spacers without obstructing the chain alignment markers.

The valve tappet covers tie in nicely with the GFz cam cover also installed GFz header gasket, WOW... strong solid seal and perfect alignment hands down one of his best pieces.

That swingarm is sexy!

Who makes that rear sprocket?

Also, how do you get your wheel stripe tape so straight? LOL

Oh and I can't believe the shitty frame issue with Honda. Honda is better than this. I hope they are forced into a recall with this because this is a severe safety issue and it should be covered for the life of the bike!

Yeah I was suprised only one year warranty on the frame, something like that should be covered longer. Im just glad it worked out in my favor
