did a search, and it yielded less than stellar results..

how would one do this?

1. tip the bike upside down and drain
2. stick a tube down teh filler and siphon it out?(google if you dont know how this works) i cant do this because i just had some teeth pulled.
3. disconnect hose from the bottom of the tank and drain?(havent looked to see if it goes to a pump or if the pump is in the tank
4. remove tank, and flip up side down(depending on if gas starts to drain out after disconnecting from the line, this might be sort of the same thing as #3

any thoughts? i figure its quicker to dump this gas into my ducati than to ride this thing another 100 miles on premium

well, sorry, im used to bikes with petcocks that i can just disconnect the line and shove any hose on the end and into a container...
i havent had the grom disassembled all the way yet so i cant say if it has a line that goes to a pump or if the fuel pump is in the tank

USUALLY i just disconnect the line and put a short hose going to a container, im not an idiot, i know how to transfer fluids, im just working on the specifics if anyone has had the tank off before or not

not saying you are, go to your local pet store or home depot and buy a little pump that plugs into the wall. or pull the tank. but im really liking the tipping the bike upside down idea. be sure and post pictures of that one.
