Hondagrom.net is the source of all things good in my life. It's given me a reason to continue. Each day I wait eagerly for each new morsel of information and devower each with glee. Each day I read the wisdom and wit disgourged by my new friends. It could be true, it might be true, time and my own personal Grom will reveal the secrets to me. Thanks to Hondagrom.net I've found my new love, she's small, she's black, she's all that. I can't wait to mount her and feel her respond to my every touch. Thank you Hondagrom.net for finding me my perfect Thai bride, we are going to have a wonderful life together the three of us. We are all going to ride into the sunset one August evening my girl Grom carrying me and me carrying Hondagrom.net in my back pocket on my iPhone. We'll all be mobile together. Sigh....:crying:

Elektro

In 1937, Pittsburgh-based Westinghouse Electric Corporation started construction on a robot designed to mimic many basic human actions. Within one year, Elektro was created—a giant steel and aluminum contraption adept at blowing up balloons, and smoking cigarettes and able to move its head, arms and legs. Some of Elektro's more impressive feats included the ability to use a camera to distinguish between red and green lights and a motor skeleton to walk on command. Less impressive were the bad jokes broadcast over its speakers via microphone.

The robot was the face of Westinghouse—much like ASIMO is to Honda—for years, making appearances at places like the 1939 New York World's Fair, where he showed off in front of a crowd of 3.7 million. Elektro's final days included a small role in the 1960s film, Sex Kittens Go to College. Soon after the filming, Elektro was bought by a small, privately owned museum. Last year, the son of a Westinghouse engineer built a nonworking simulacrum of the robot, now on display at the Heinz History Center.

Robots are awesome and so are the forums.

I started off in the bike game with a honda ruckus over at totalruckus as soon as i saw the honda grom release video i was hook i knew i wanted one but i soon gave up hope and knew i had to stay focus on my ruckus well the ruckus is sold now lol i kept seeing pics of the grom so the fire got started again and i went on google to research the grom and the first thing that pop up was hondagrom.net and it really gave fuel to the honda grom fire i visited the site everyday two to three times a day trying to learn everything i can if it wasnt for the site and the membes who are on here i really do not think i would of pull the trigger on getting the grom best part is the free decals that the site offers for free and it really shows the sites love to its members i hope i Continue to learn new things like everyday and the site continues to be a graet information center about our new love the honda grom

So... my plan was to make a video but my girlfriend wouldn't go along with me on this one. So let me paint the picture of my video for you. (my girlfriend is 4'11 and weighs 89 lbs. important side note)

My plan was for me to sit on top of my girlfriend like a horse and pretend to ride her. Look into the camera and say how amazing and awesome Hondagrom.net is and how it changed my life because it gave me yet another small tiny thing to look forward to riding in my life. And maybe at the end have her look at the camera and make a meow noise or something. Thats it.

Unfortunately she wouldn't go along with me on this one and said her dignity was worth more then a tidy tail kit (thats debatable, I mean this isn't just any tidy tail, this is a ComposiMo kit after all!!!). So after much pleading and begging to reconsider this is all i have :sad:

Another reason I love this site is because a decent amount of members have a horrible sense of humor like me :big smile:
