Tried emailing three times within two weeks and no answer. Not bashing but I went with a different component because I couldn't get answers to a question I was looking for. Were all busy, I get it. I own a company myself and just giving constructive criticism on why I went elsewhere. Wish you the best.

No e-mail response? Well, let's show up at his garage with our pitchforks and torches! ;)

Not sure what your talking about, I'm not in the least bit upset. All I stated was I emailed him 3 times, once a week starting from March 1st trying to buy goods off of him. Is 3 weeks instant gratification? I never slammed him I even wished him a sincere good luck, just said I'm going somewhere else. Being a good dude has nothing to do with doing good business. I got the "he'll get back to you". Is 3 weeks a good amount of time to wait or is that being pushy? In business, is there any excuse for that length of a wait? I have 26 people that work for me, I own my company, have two children, a working wife who is in medical school. I know what busy is, yet...I email back daily, it only takes a few seconds, no one is that busy. Again, read my (the first post) on page one and see if your quote is warranted.

i also run my own business and i get 1000+ emails a day.. 95% of those are spam offers and requests from other computer businesses.. I am the only one person.. i have customers walk in everyday.. i get tons of support calls a day.. i also have to leave to pickup my son from elementary school.. sometimes an email slips through that i dont see until a week later.. this actually just happened to me today.. a guy had emailed me last week asking about a computer problem he was having and if i could help him (using a program that was made in 2000 and trying to use it on his new win8 machine).. i didn't see it until today but he had already emailed me again and said "since you didn't email me back I guess you are no longer in business".. uh.. what??? how simple could it had been to just call me on my phone which my number is all over my website/facebook/chamber of commerce.. etc.. well i emailed him back and told him otherwise.. but hey what can i do? i sometimes try to plan days off during federal holidays.. i rarely take anymore then a day or 2 off.. u know to get a 3 day weekend.. and people bitch and complain when they cant get a hold of me.. if im gonna be with family on my only day off i am not going to answer my cell phone so i usually put it on vibrate or leave it on the charger.. it can wait.. but some people just don't understand.. :)

I know John personally since he moved up here in Western NC.. his operation is a one man show similar to mine.. have you considered to just give him a call.. his number as well is plasted everywhere.. he even includes it on his posts sometimes.. i know when i go down and visit his shop.. he is getting phone call after phone call.. while working on orders.. parts.. packing stuff up to ship.. etc.. he also is a proud father to a toddler so that takes a LOTs of his spare time which i know first hand when my son was born 5yrs ago what it did to me and my time.. i can't just jump on my ruckus or GROM and go for a ride.. i have to plan everything i do.. so understandably its hard when you email someone and wait for an answer.. hell i get impatient waiting for answers as well.. it happens.. like Josh said above.. John is good people.. give him the chance to make it right..

Hey Guys! Thanks for notifying me of this thread...

Yes, things do get amazingly busy around here, and i'd LOVE to have 26 people working for me... its easier to delegate things that way, and i'd actually have much more time i'm sure. As it is right now, its my 70+ yr old Father helping where he can to stay busy, my Wife who comes in a couple days a week to assist with shipping things, and then myself... no one to delegate anything to, so whatever comes up, i have to do it... And believe me, there is a lot to do here.

I do apologize for apparently missing your email... i STILL am missing your email though, because i can't find any incoming message on March 1st that i didn't reply to, and you didn't leave your email in your post for me to try to find out where the email may have gone... Could you contact me by phone, or let me know what your email address is so that i can investigate further and see what is going on? My number is 828.708.7338 ... I usually answer right away unless i'm on the CNC, or in the middle of something that i can't answer the phone... so leave a message if you get the voicemail.

Anyway, once again, i'm sorry, and even if you bought the 'component' elsewhere, i do hope that you are happy with it. If there is anything i can possibly help you with in the future, please let me know.

Other ways to reach me easily are of course Facebook and Instagram:

Weird... i just noticed i actually have quite a few un-replied emails within the CRM system that i didn't get notifications for :( i apologize for that, it is a different area of the site that i have to go to for an entire list and i don't go in there much, because i usually just click the link in the email i get from the server to reply to messages... and apparently the site has not been sending me notifications on many messages.. guess that's one more thing to add to the list of why i hate this software, and is making me look at new shopping cart software... sigh. Even though you apparently purchased another item, i'd still like to respond to your messages... what is your name, or do you have the CRM id# of your message(s)?

Thanks!
