All the action of the clutch happens in the first inch of lever movement. Its very easy to over rev the engine until you get used to it.

Is there a way to adjust it? Does it matter? I can detect no slippage accelerating briskly.

Clutch freeplay nominal.

Yes, most definitely. I am an offroad "two finger" guy. This was killing me! Too far out! I took it to my dealer and they adjusted it in the whole way and now it is my kind of "two finger engagement". I trap my small fingers inside also. Perfect!

At first I hated it, now I love it.. Shifting only requires a half pull at best

I have always ran 1 finger on street i use my middle finger that way ik always holding the grip. But i have been slacking cuz and just ripping like a dirtbike everywhere.

Adjust the clutch cable at the lever or at the case to your liking.
