Bare with me, I am new to riding motorcycles. I finally got a nice day in Chicago, so I took my Grom out for the first time and put 37 miles on it. What an awesome machine . One thing I did notice is that the clutch feels like it is not doing much and trying to get from 1st to neutral takes a few tries with a very light touch. I did notice by the end of the ride it was easier. Anyone else experience this?

Will get easier as bike breaks in, also everyone's clutch let's out late. Like at 90% then it grabs

You'll learn to get a feel for it once you get some muscle memory and the transmission breaks in

It's a little weird at first. Mine felt right when i got to about 250 miles. That was mostly city riding, so lots of shifting.
