I went from15t to 14t now my chain has crazy slack even with adjusting any solutions to this or do I need to get a new chain

You can always shorten the chain you have.

BUCKNUT is correct, you can remove a link or 2 (to start with), and see what that does for your chain slack, the stock 420 chain on the Groms is not nearly durable enough, I have gone through 2 chains already by 7K miles. I personally switched up to a 428 chain and sprockets - MUCH more durable/longer lasting.
