It looks like the Canadian's will finally pry the Grom away from Honda, and start receiving their first shipments of Groms to fulfill initial orders!

We've got our pre-delivery report for the first two.

We'll see them as early as Friday (the 20th).

Makes me think Honda is rushing them out as our pre-deliveries are usually a week (or even two) in advance.

I'm so stoked! So yes, if your sales people are telling you they're on their way, THEY ARE!

Interestingly, we found out that there were only 18 Groms allocated to the Atlantic Region (includes all of Canada East of Quebec). There isn't a huge population here, I understand that; but that's low. We wanted 4 but could only get 2.

At this time of year, why wouldn't they start delivering in the north and work their way south? What's a Canadian gonna do with a Grom in October except burn the warranty?

Is there any deferences in them than the US models? Just curious, are the emissions requirements the same or even more stringent?

As far as I know, there is no difference. It is usually a very simple procedure to import a US bike to Canada, so I would assume the same applies the other way.

Sometimes the Canadian Market gets different colour options... but not in this case.
