i am addicted to the forum and i read just about 90% of the threads but what is up with the same questions being asked over and over.. or simple questions.. over at TotalRuckus we setup a NOOB thread so anyone looking for a quick answer could post.. especially now that we have more and more new grom owners.. some of the questions i have seen lately make no sense because they were just discussed a week or few days ago.. no need to start a brand new thread..

make sense? :) mods/admins? :)

And that noob thread is almost 700 pages of the same questions being asked over and over. I've tried reading that thread, it makes my head spin, and in all reality who is going to go through that many pages? I dont know what the others think but I think a more practical solution would be to post those questions/threads in the "How to and Guide" section.

Most "Questions" threads work alright, because it's the place that repeated questions get put, instead of spamming up the boards.

No one really looks through the whole thing unless they want to... and it's okay to post the same questions over and over again. I usually only check the last couple of pages and answer and unanswered questions.

its backwards though. the younger kids may understand electronics, but are so lazy that they will log onto internet, log onto forum, POST A THREAD asking what engines fit in a civic.... and whats the best one... and how do i turbo (*(*&)(*&$)@#$&)&!#.

theres prolly billions of GB of completely useless and repeated info out there. it all boils down to the fact that people are idiots and lazy. much easier to be spoon fed information than to actually research the subject. and i think since the internet is kinda faceless, there is no shame in looking stupid.
