I'm not that mechanically inclined so my question might come off as a little goofy, but I want to change my stock air filter to a new one, I'm thinking K N. If I change my air filter do I have to add an air intake, or do anything else besides changing the filters in and out?

If you are talking about the cone filter, that is used on modifications that remove the stock air box.

Yes, I put a BMC filter in my girl's OG. That, a TB CAM, Amazon CF high mount pipe, and DHM ECU flash, she's doing 73 mph on GPS.

Also put in Yuminashi double valve springs, so she can rev the piss out of it and not have to worry about valve float.......

It is a simple swap, identical size and shape of the original. I have a new one for sale in box for $40.
