Before anyone invests in new body armor, gloves, or padded shorts; be sure to checkout www.knoxarmorusa.com. These pieces of kit are imported from and manufactured in the U.K., and the examples I've seen personally have been top-notch and fair priced. I balked at the price of their gloves until a friend showed me the pair he was wearing when he took a severe tumble; after seeing them I'm a believer. And the Venture and Urbane "shirts" are discreet under a jersey as is the Gillette. Just thought I'd pass this along.

regards,
Jeff

I have some. Love the chest protector. The back protector still won't fit in my leathers. I wish it would. It might after this riding season. It's kick ass protection.

+1 for knox armor. I like that it's lighter weight than my old armor and seems better quality. I replaced some of the armor in my old jacket with the "advance" tagged armor. Very light but good impact protection.
