Bike has a custom rear shock I paid $600 for. $2750 without shock. $3000 shock included. My advice is buy the shock. It makes a huge difference. You will be able to ride much longer/farther.

Where is the shock from? If i remember right Cogent Dynamics? also can it be rebuilt?

Echo how much do you weigh and how tall are you? I'm 145 pounds 5'3" do you think the shock would work for me? how much would you sell it by itself? I was thinking about an ohlin but i love good deals.
