i'd have to say it's the x-11 daijiro memorial helmet. made in small numbers after kato passed away at suzuka and as far as i understand, shoei donated money from the sales of it to the kato family

Schuberth does use different shells for different helmet sizes. There 60+ sizes have a bigger shell. What is your issue with "normal" helmets?

Arai features a few diffrent shell configurations and cheek pads to have more of a custome fit.... proper fittment is key

Icon uses different shaped lids, but I'm not sure if they use different shells for different sizes.

Arai is the safiest, shoei is most comfortable and safe. Worst experience: HJC.
AGV, X-lite, Nolan, etc.. these all are very good.

Suomy , Shoei, Arai and Icon that I know of use 2-3 shell sizes. That was one of the reasons my Suomy was so light. It used a smaller shell for size small and x-small.
