I've order AR dual mini exhaust and I've been suggested to get a new intake and ECU.

Currently I've done the base intake strip (free)

1- Which intakes do you suggest?

2- Which ECU do you recommend?

3- Anything else you can advise doing?

These are not simple "here's the right answer" sort of questions. This is more like a process of learning......a bit of a journey, if you will.

I suggest that you start by using the "Search" function on this forum and doing some reading.

Paultergeist speakth the truth.

Seems everybody wants something different when modding the grom. Lots of parts out there to make it into any configuration that your wallet desires.

I will add that an exhaust + intake (chimera for example) + controller, you will not see (feel) any appreciable gains. The next step after those is where you will see gains. Yes an increase in displacement.

You need to educate yourself on the how's & why's of Grom modification. Someones advice may, or may not , be just what you are looking for. No need to buy twice from bad advice. Been there done that.

I figured as much I just wanted to make sure I wasn't going to add anything and cause "imbalance" issue, I realise because of the size of the engine it's a little less of a concern than let's say 1000CC bike.

I shall keep learning!

Actually, It is more of a concern. We are only starting with a 9hp Grom.

On other bikes you are starting out with 100+hp. Plenty to spare even with mismatched parts.

The Grom build needs to be well thought out to "be what you want it to be". The end result is only going to be 20hp with a bunch of dollars thrown at it. And I mean a bunch!

Good to know :) .

I just want my Grom to look real Perty and boost a tiny bit of top end for my commute, I plan on buying a larger bike for bigger gains.
