Can anyone tell me if the seats are lower than the stock and by how much.

I have a similar seat and it is shorter than stock I'm not sure exactly how much but you definitely feel it when you sit on it.

I don't think they are that much lower than stock. They are definitely more comfortable though.

My tape measure says it is about 3/4" lower than stock but with the difference in foam density it may be just slightly more than that.
