I have bought Spyker levers and swingarm. No issues really. Good for the price (really inexpensive), but at least for me shipping kind of balances out the 'on the cheap' thing.
I bought from MSX125Accessories.com with no issues and a decently quick shipping.
Safe bet IMO.

Do any of the swing arms stretch or lower? Or just the same thing as stock just different colors?

As far as I know, stock length, stock height - they are not selling them as extended or lowering swingarms. I think they would mention that.
No chain adjustment, shock slips right in as stock, etc.
The longer the swingarm, the more resistant to wheelies...
I'll measure both today.

Those levers easy to install (this is my first motorcycle) Do they change the pull length I loathe the stock ones!

No the pull is about the same. I did have to adjust most all of the free play out or the dog leg hits the bar before the clutch is completely disengaged.
But they work just fine.

Yes, no spool threaded boss. For the most part I use a race stand that use L brackets for the swingarm to set on.
A boss for spools woulda been good though.
