Admin help: Forum Organization

As I'm sure you have realized, we have a pile of duplicate threads and information out there on the forum. It is a little chaotic and scattered.

Would it be possible to have some sub-forums in the Modifications area to organize this a little? We could do something like the following:

Sub-Forums:
Engine and exhaust
Drivetrain and Gearing
Electrical and Lighting
Suspension
Wheels and tires

I am just thinking about making it easier for new people to search and find what they need without posting another thread. Stickies for good how to threads could work too.
