I removed the 10mm bolt but could not get the fitting off the splines. The linkage seems to bind.

How do you do this?

Thanks!

Bolt removed. There doesnt appear to be enough play in the linkage to get it off.

Has anyone gotten the lever off the splines and adjusted it?

Thanks!

Hmmm. I understand what you are saying so I doubt this will work BUT...... remove the bolt completely and then use a screwdriver to slightly pry open the lever? Maybe it will slid off then. Good Luck.

No. Don't spray it with anything.

You have to remove the cotter pin and washer from the link bar first. Then the pivot arm will come off.
Is that under the rubber covers? How did you get the covers off. I tried but couldnt see how to remove them without destroying them.

Echo, I popped mine off and dropped it one spline to better accommodate a taller rider. Unfortunately, its now too low. So I made an adjustable link bar from that little piece.

Picture? Or more description? I want to raise mine so I can get my toe under it better.
