I have had my 22 grom for a little over a year now. I am on the fence of doing the DHM cam, high comp piston, and a refresh or just waiting and doing a big bore. Curious if doing the DHM package will really give it a power bump

There's no replacement for displacement. If you want a noticeable power increase, start with a big bore kit.. and from there you can do a cam and ECU.
