Can anyone send me a copy of the wiring schematic for a 2018 Grom.
I need to find out what each of the colors that go to the headlight do. I'm trying to fit the Grom headlight to another bike and need to know what wire goes where.

Thanks a bunch.

Thanks Wibbly,
Did you cut the plug of your wiring harness that went to your original headlight. If you did do you still have it, or did you disguard it? If you have it would you like to sell it?
I have a LED headlight off a 2018 Grom and trying to install it on a 2014 Honda CTX and need the factory plug to connect to the Grom headlight

Thanks for everyone's help.
Contacted Tripage LED and ordered the module to connect to the Grom headlight. Also learned they are coming out with some awesome LED turn signals within the next few weeks.

this should get you going.

the brown/white is positive, the green/white is negative. the blue just goes to the dash light.

the zener circuit is to dim the low beam when the high beam comes on.
Hi, I bought the same headlight as what you using. But right now i'm having problem understanding the wiring connection.

I understand the following:-

Headlight Connector
  1. Brown White
  2. White Green
  3. White Black
  4. Blue
  5. Yellow white
  6. White
Aftermarket Headlight
  1. Black : Negative (-)
  2. White : DRL
  3. Green : Low Beam
  4. Brown : High Beam
Mind to let me know which wire to join to which. Much appreciated.

been using 4hrs to understanding this diagram. Here the connection may help a lot people.
White can be use as a pass light when low beam is on. If high beam its was nothing, already been cut off by ecu.
Dly can take supply from licend light or rear brake light

Bumping an old thread!

Did any one have any joy working out how to power up the 2017 Grom headlight with wiring details (I can see from the above a few of you installed aftermarket headlights using the loom but not the other way round)

Basically I'm currently in the process of installing a KTM EXC300 engine/wiring loom into my 2017 Grom and the EXC300 wiring loom provides negative, low beam positive & high beam positive which I need to work out how to power up the stock Grom LED headlight.

Any help would be great, really don't fancy popping a perfectly good headlight by incorrectly wiring it.
