My crankcase got cracked so i ordered a new left side and split the case. Now I need to swap bearings to new crankcase. Without ordering a bearing puller/setter how do I remove bearings so i can swap? Bike only has 3200mi. So im assuming i shouldnt need new bearings.

Purchasing new (quality) bearings is the easiest route. Freeze the new bearings overnight, heat up (propane torch) the bearing area of the case and drop the new bearings in.

The smaller bearing is not coming out with heat. Im sure I need a puller for it. I will just order all new bearings since im in need of seals as well. Only thing Ive found is OEM bearings some are 1-2wks out. It'll prob be back together first week of december.

@ Shmackk can i ask , How did you Crack your crank case ?

Previous owner was putting everything on with a impact wrench. I went to tighten the cam chain tensioner bolt and it kept spinning so i loosened it and the crankcase came out with it.
