I just adjusted it less than 100 miles ago and it's a 33 mm throttle from a Honda StreetFire.
If you have a bigger throttle body make sure on the Air screw you do not use the OEM screw "black plastic one" but use a brass needle screw, we had the same problem when we upgraded to Koso 34mm throttle body and the grom would not hold idle unless you open up the throttle. The brass air needle screw solved our problem.

Appears to be a firmware issue with the PV3... gonna be contacting DynoJet support ASAP. This is the third time I've had to deal with beta-tester BS with this system and I'm losing my patience a bit.

Update - no DTC (codes), reflashed using the PV3 to multiple known-working tunes, etc. and nothing works. I'm starting to think either the crankshaft position sensor or ECU is faulty.

Problem fixed - backfire on the intake popped a small plug out of the intake manifold causing a major air leak. Gonna tap/thread the manifold and epoxy in a threaded plug.
