so i noticed that with the 140 Michelin pilot power pure the speed was registering slower than i actually was going because of the taller tire profile. it was about 1.5 to 1.8 miles difference.

i just installed a 14t counter sprocket which is reported 3 miles difference fast than actual speed. i just tested it will the Max Speed app and now there is only around 1.2 mph difference.

so 14t speedo registers 3 mph faster than actual speed
140 pure registers about 1.8 mph slower than actual speed

14t + 140 pure = speedo reading 1.2 mph faster than actual speed.

yes, i totally noticed it. not only taller but the Pure tires are heavier that the stockers

36t rear is what i actually wanted. didn't make the crf50 rear sprocket discovery until after i had already ordered the 14t
