Just to clarify - the original Honda dampening rods looked identical on my forks as well.. The Ohlins dampening rods will look different, one is for compression the other for rebound.

I don't think it's unusual, mine were both the same also. I called Hard Racing, they told me it happens and not to worry about it, just set up the new ones the way they show you in the video.
