I am going to do a BBK for my buddy's Monkey. Here is the parts list. Anyone have suggestions of anything we are missing? Any important mods to make the set more reliable? Thanks!
- Koso 170cc bottom end and Koso 4 valve top end
- Koso 34mm Throttle body
- Drow Sports Oil cooler
- Takegawa high flow oil pump
- Drow Sports Heavy duty clutch plate

Port that head, send it to Kenny "GromFatherZ, at the same time do a complete port and polish of the koso throttle body and inlet tube.
Speed spacer, GromFatherZ has them.
have the head port match for both the intake port and the exhaust port matched with the I/D exhaust that you use.
I'd skip the strange and expensive Koso injector / adapter contraption and go with a 10 hole Forza 300 injector. Reference 16450-MGC-D21. It's plug & play.
Also I'd really consider a Kitaco crank, you might get away with the stock crank and limited RPM but that kind of defeats the 4 valve purpose.
I would get the yuminashi wheel that goes into the cylinder wall to help guide the cam chain
