Bad bish with a little more of a blacked out look. Z&Z rearsets and smoked blinkers/black boomerangs are the only cosmetic changes. Oh yeah, and a stock clutch lever was put back on.

Waiting for the cam sprocket, roller in the cylinder, and hardware to arrive, then it's ready to fire up.

Stunt Build/More Power Questions-hindle-muffler-replacement.jpg I'm still running the Hindle header, but took a chance on this fake yoshimura muffler off ebay and hit a home run. It's so much quieter, the quality seems very good for $55, and I didn't lose any power.

I just had to weld one spring loop (included) to the muffler to match the one on the Hindle header. Then find a super short exhaust spring from the hardware store. Then I made a muffler bracket. Not to hard.

The slip-on muffler fit is just a hair bit loose onto the header, but it seems fine to me. I can't detect any leaks, rattles, or vibrations.

The rest of the parts showed up today. Had to charge the battery before I could start it, and setup the aracer program on my new phone. Started right up, no oil leaks, no smoking, etc. Then I started getting on it, and I got a few mid RPM hiccups. Cutting in and out like it was misfiring for a brief moment. Logged it through aracer and I'm getting a wicked RPM spike. Going to try to clean up all the connections and if that doesn't work out, a new stator will be on the way.

There's a brand new Honda flywheel in there also. Mine slipped and fell off the toolbox denting it pretty hard. My woodruff key was perfectly fine and I took the time to line it up. It doesn't happen all the time either, like if the key had slipped. The RPM signal seems to get more inconsistent the higher it goes, at least in this graph.

Cleaned connections, no luck. This time, a few hard pulls later, and another 335 code for crankshaft position sensor... so new stator on the way.

So close, yet so far. I did do a mean rollie with it even though it didn't feel like full power. Thing feels like a big heavy Cadillac compared to my girl's Z125.

We'll be back out there killin the streets yet again, very very soon.
