Headlight beam pattern on " Projector type" (High and Low)

Could someone post up the headlight beam pattern with Low and High beam against a wall. Just want to see the difference. I know that Asia/Euro market have the "HS1" 35/35 watt bulb. The USA version will be the "non" projector type due to "DOT" law. Possibly the "H4" type 55/60 watt bulb (stock). Thank you for any info.

Also if we just so happen to have a projector headlight in the garage waiting for our Grom to arrive should we use a different bulb than standard?

Well I was thinking of using "HID's" H4 type bulb on the projector type headlight. Now there are 2-versions of the HID H4 bulbs, Single or Bi-Zenon's both at 35watts. Don't want a melt down on the headlight housing using 55/60 watts. Just to be on the safe side before ordering the projector headlight.

All the bikes I ride I swap out the 55/60 watt headlight with a 55/80 or 55/100 bulb. You can get them cheap on Performance Toyota site. They say "Off road use only" but the low beam at least remains 'legal' and when you need the extra firepower just click to high.

I used to use those bright bulbs in this until LED's became available. The LED's are way better than the 100 watt bulb, and the GROM's wiring is not thick enough to handle 100 watt bulb for long, it would eventually cause a failure of the wire or the HI LOW switch.

Well, it is JetPilot. Making sense isn't really his thing. However, for a change, he actually posted something useful. I was actually mildly pleased.

what old is new and what new is just update of the old.

125cc Honda engine has been around for a very long time and the changes are from carbs to F/I, blubs to LED

As we say in Hawaii NO BIG thing Brada and chill out

For guys running those high wattage bulbs for this long, they REALLY NEED this information. I would be surprised if anyone's wiring is even still alive running a high wattage bulb after that long. Have you seen how thin the headlight power wire is on the GROM ??? Given the wiring, I would bet good money the HI / LOW switch would not last long at over 35 watts either.
