Pics of crack before Frame is turned in to Honda (Covered under warranty), also discovered another crack / break... Last pic is where the rectifier is mounted.
Other shit Catagory... ThrowBack to roughly 15 years ago
Went back to Cali to visit family and at the time these little cheap chinese pocket bikes were all over the place. 49cc pocket bike parts
Couldnt help but buy one and send back to florida, CHEAP is the keyword after only having for a few weeks shit kept breaking and falling off left and right.
The little thing was so much fun I decided to tear it down and rebuild it all over, replacing all the cheap chinese chinsy stuff... PocketBikesUnlimited was my go to
The HULK is my favorite, so much I ALMOST went with a Z125pro just to use the theme... (Very glad I didnt) 2stroke 60cc this thing would eat my grom for breakfast (in its stock form)
What a cute little engine.... imagine a KX65 swap in that little frame!
Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk
Shit Philly knowing what I know now compared to then, wish I still had the little guy a real motor swap would have been beast.
A KX65 stuffed in there would look like a 300 swapped grom
Some progress... Digging the new swingarm I like that I can keep my axel sliders, they sit perfectly flush on the supplied spacers without obstructing the chain alignment markers.
The valve tappet covers tie in nicely with the GFz cam cover also installed GFz header gasket, WOW... strong solid seal and perfect alignment hands down one of his best pieces.
That swingarm is sexy!
Who makes that rear sprocket?
Also, how do you get your wheel stripe tape so straight? LOL
Oh and I can't believe the shitty frame issue with Honda. Honda is better than this. I hope they are forced into a recall with this because this is a severe safety issue and it should be covered for the life of the bike!

37tooth Vortex sprocket... wheel tape I took the rims off to apply, the brand I use has rim size specific tape that come in qtr round sections.
This size has four sections makes it ez to keep straight...
I think this blue would look badass on your grom https://www.amazon.com/customTAYLOR3...a-744688697189
