Would you guys consider modifying this so that they could accept spools instead of a kickstand? Looking for a good way to add spools without drilling
    into the swing arm.

Everyone has their own opinions. ^

I would stay away from the composimo kickstand mount, mine bent the first time I used it

I don't see it as a kickstand. If you nix the part that is welded on and use one of the four bolts that hold it in place for a spool...

    you got something.

Mine has bent as well, but still works. However, I wouldn't say "stay away from" anything Composimo. John has always been very helpful and up front when I've spoken to him, and I'm sure he'll address any issue you contact him about. I plan to give him a call and discuss this with him, and I have no doubt I'll be satisfied with his solution, based on my previous dealings with him.

ive already spoken to John regarding this. he is working on a solution, im sure it involves simply a new front plate made out of a stronger material. if we already purchased the kickstand mount, we will be taken care of according to him so we are good this is why the product is not on his page for now as he is fixing the issue.

No, I love all his products, I was just letting people know that mine bent easily. I wasn't aware this has been addressed to john (composimo) already. In that case I'm glad and am looking forward to a solution. And I was able to bend it right back without a problem you just have to be a little careful with it.

Okay ... without googling it on the web ... who can tell me why kickstands are always on the left side of a motorcycle? The answer will surprise you.
