    Hate this company...

Purchased a Seat and Mudguard, gave me a price on the website, was emailed twice also with the same price...
yet when paying and after paying, it took out a bit more money,
I emailed them about it and obviously said they can't state a price on there website and give me a price to pay 3 times,
and then when I pay... it takes more out, it was around £6 extra but that isn't the point,
and they basically just said nothing they can do and that was it.

I was then waiting ages for a dispatch.......
I paid Express Delivery which was 5-14 days, bought at the beginning of the month.... emailed about it and got 'they'll be dispatched soon',
after waiting ages I emailed again as the tracking still showed in Thailand,
and they basically said they can't do anything about it and to wait.... again, I paid Express Delivery which was about £40.

I then get a letter yesterday from ParcelForce saying I have to pay £26 Customs Fees,
this was not mentioned anywhere on BikerzBits website when paying, nothing on their website AT ALL about it,
i've purchased parts from Thailand before and have never paid Customs Fees....
and again, nothing at all is mentioned when paying, not even a 'due to location you may need to pay custom fees',
there was nothing at all..... where as on other websites they actually state that some people/countries will need to pay,
or they will state that Customs Fees are covered in the price etc... but again, nothing!

So not only was I given a price and then it took more out...
I was then left waiting for ages for a dispatch and then delivery...
and then slapped with a £26 fee to get the Parcel!
and emails from them is basically 'we cant do anything about it' to all questions asked.

Plus the fact there is scrap marks on the mudguard mount,
and the Seat plastic is so poorly made!!

Last time i'll be ordering from them!!

Funny I'm dealing with the exact same thing. Express shipping is a waste of money... doesn't get delivered on the promised date. And waiting 2 months after purchase for the cheap shipping is out of the question.
Maybe bikerzbit should stick to selling in thailand....

FWIW, I've made multiple orders from Bikerzbits with no issues, one order was delayed shipping out due to lack of stock but every order has otherwise shipped out in a timely manner and been on my doorstep in 3-4 days.

I've never had any issues either, although all my orders have arrived between 1-2 weeks, which isn't bad considering where it's coming from.

Ha, good luck. I've dealt with them twice, and both times I got them on day 12'ish, just slightly before the 14 days they quoted me. I didn't have any problems either time. Sometime before next summer I'll probably use them again for all new plastics.
